  causesunnecessary CPU usage.
  
  2. ABEND0C3 can occur if the Db2 stops and restarts within the
  interval KDP_STATUS_REFRESH.
  
  3. KO2I0186U and KO2I0194I messages in agent log can occur if
  the Db2 stops and restarts within the interval
  KDP_STATUS_REFRESH, after which the agent or collector
  address space would have to be recycled to resume monitoring of
  the Db2.
