PI87875: QCF ENHANCEMENT TO SAVE THE IQCP91S1 QCF ISPF PANEL OPTIONS WHEN THE PF3 KEY IS UTILIZED

Error description

• QCF is to save the latest options selected from panel
  IQCP91S1 when PF3 is hit. Currently with IQCP91S1, if a
  user selects "Transaction" to view the transaction destination
  when exiting with PF3, IQCP91S1 resets to "ALL" on the Q
  type filters. This happens upon any selection that is done
  under IQCP91S1. Apparantly when PF3 is hit now, the default
  selection criteria of panel IQCP91S1 is restored and selections
  are lost. The enhancement is to have the specified selection
  saved across a PF3.
  
  This enhancement is based off of RFE 82462.
