PI87592: CHANGE THE PROCESSING OF ALTER TABLE FOR IDENTITY COLUMNS WITH SIM(A)

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Currently if SIM(A) is used Cloning Tool executes ALTER TABLE
  ALTER COLUMN restart for identity columns even during
  simulation.
  We should implement the following logic:
  If DDL-ENABLE(N) and SIM(A) we will just generate ALTER TABLE
  for identity columns and will not execute it.
  If DDL-ENABLE(Y) and SIM(A) we will use the same PROCESS-TYPE
  for actions with generated DDL and ALTER TABLE for identity
  columns.
  If DDL-ENABLE(Y), PROCESS-TYPE(N), and  SIM(A) then we will not
  execute DDL and ALTER TABLE for identity columns.
