Error description

• When the decimal point is set to comma, the following template
  statement (for example), cannot be parsed:
  TEMPLATE PUNCH
  DSN('&SS.W.&DB..&SN..P&PA..PUN.&UNIQ.')
  DATACLAS BAXXXL DISP(NEW,DELETE,CATLG) SPACE(1,15) CYL
  The results is that the Analyze job fails with the following
  messages:
  ADB2PA returning rc=16
  ADB0006E ADBCCM - Error(s) found.  Please review output.
  

Local fix

• When the decimal point in DECP is set to comma, add a blank
  after the comma.
  
  For example:
  
  Change SPACE(1,15) CYL to SPACE(1, 15) CYL.
