PI86216: VISUALIZATIONS RENDER AT AN INCORRECT SIZE AFTER AUTOMATIC REFRESH

Error description

• Customer reported that after switching tabs in a dashboard,
  visualizations are the wrong size. After some investigation it
  became clear that this is linked to the "Refresh Automatically"
  field under "Visualization Properties".
  If you switch between tabs of a dashboard at as the time when
  the Visualization refreshes, as set in the above setting, a
  Visualization will render far too small.
