PI85779: OBJECT COMPARE AND CM BATCH ANALYZE GENERATE REORG STATEMENT EVEN WITH OPTION 'REORG/REBUILD' SET TO NO

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Even when option 'REORG/REBUILD' is set to NO,  Object Compare
  and CM Batch Analyze still generate a REORG statement in the
  change file and WSL.
  The REORG statement should not be
  generated.
