  Classic panel ZSUMM does not have Current Threads count and
  Background threads count does not match with Current Background
  in workspace "System Resource Manager (Subsystem)" in TEP.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the code to add Current Threads count in Classic ZSUMM
  panel and fixed the code to ensure background threads count is
  correct and same between Classic and TEP.
