Error description

• The source table has a column with definition:
  COLX CHAR(13) FOR BIT DATA NOT NULL
  The target table has, for example:
  COLX TIMESTAMP NOT NULL
  CMBATCH recreates the target table incorrectly as:
  COLX CHAR(13) FOR SBCS DATA NOT NULL
  Note: FOR SBCS DATA instead of FOR BIT DATA

  NOTE: FOR SBCS DATA instead of FOR BIT DATA
