Error description

• IMS Commands that are internally generated by IMS ETO/Support
  Tool at every /SIGNON and/or /RCL are logged in the IMS SM Audit
  log in the following form:
  2017-07-18-15.46.26;C0I5 ;CMD ;AOI CMD PROG ;USERID;........
  ;. . . . . . . . ; ;/STO USER FU305463.
  
  "USERID" is reported in the 5th field to identify that a valid
  Userid would be expected in the 7th field, but this contains
  x'00'.
  
  IMS Commands that are submitted via OMEGAMON are logged in the
  IMS SM Audit log in the following form:
  2017-07-21-12.11.10;C0I0 ;ICMD ;AOI ICMD PROG;PSB ;........
  ;".p.....; ;/DIS NODE XXGRUPPO
  
  "PSB" is reported in the 5th field to identify that a valid PSB
  would be expected in the 7th field, but this contains an invalid
  name.

  Several fields of the audit records were filled with x'00' when
  information was not available; 'blanks' are required.   User
  ids were not recorded in the audit log and history file.
  
  The first several IMS commands after the IMS initialization
  were not logged.
  

Problem conclusion

• This PTF corrects the following issues:
    a. Audit record fields were padded with x'00'
    b. User ids were not recorded in the audit log and history
       file.
    c. Some IMS commands were not logged.
