PI85243: CM BATCH JOB GENERATES UNWANTED GRANTS ON TARGET AFTER IMPORT OF DDL CONTAINING DROP STATEMENT

Error description

• In a CM BATCH IMPORT DDL scenario, where, for example, the DDL
  contains DROP VIEW and CREATE VIEW statements (without any
  GRANTs), the resulting Work Statement List (WSL) contains GRANT
  VIEW statements which were valid for the dropped view, but not
  for the recreated one.   Because of the DROP VIEW statement,
  none of the existing GRANTs should be generated for the
  recreate of the view.
