Troubleshooting
Problem
When the JVM crashes, there are some files generated (javacore*.txt and core*.dmp) containing information that is useful to determine where the problem is. The default location of these dump files is directly under the installation directory of IBM® Rational Application Developer® (or other product of the IBM Software Developer Platform).
