Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1. SSCTRL program not set when connecting to IDMS with HTTP
   discovery requests.
  2. Buffer overflow, 0C4 in COIDMSMQ when reading AREA-1026
   records.
  3. 0C4 in CODIMSMQ when combining system index and CALC key
   while mapping AREA-1026 record.
  4. Add AREA-1026 virtual table to sample maps distributed
   in samplib.
  5. The server started task abends with message 'HLV3000T ESTAE
   LEVEL 1 USER ABEND CODE=134'
