PI84029: PSINDEX POINTER SEGMENT ENTRY IN WFP IS INCORRECTLY SUPPRESSED

APAR status

Error description

• HP Load mishandles the suppression of index pointer segment
  entry in the WFP file when all the following conditions are met:
  
    1. Reloading a HALDB with PSINDEX and the PSINDEX is rebuilt
  by using WFP files created by HP Load.
    2. An XDFLD statement in the DBD has SRCH= parameter with
  multiple fields and NULLVAL= parameter.
  
  Under these conditions, some pointer segment entries in the
  PSINDEX are incorrectly suppressed.
  The error can be detected as the FABP0327E error by IMS High
  Performance Pointer Checker.
