PI83612: INCORRECT BASE QUEUE NAME IN SMF 116 CLASS 3 ACCOUNTING RECORDS

Error description

• SMF 116 class 3 accounting records may have incorrect base queue
  name (BaseName) for a failing MQPUT1.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MQ class(3) accounting is collecting    *
  *                      queue-level records in SMF 116 with     *
  *                      invalid base queue names.               *

  When a MQPUT1 call ends in error a queue-level record is
  collected incorrectly with invalid data like the base queue name
  field.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ7COLL has been changed to avoid collecting a queue-level
  record when MQPUT1 ends in error.
