Error description

WASService discovers a process is running but incorectly
determines it is not a WebSphere process.

Local fix

Have LOG_ROOT on teh same volume as the profile path

Problem summary

*                      windows service module is started are   *
*                      not detected.                           *

WebSphere allows users to configure a windows service to
control automatically starting and stopping WebSphere. If
WebSphere is running when the windows service module is
started, the service code will not detect the process.

Problem conclusion

The WebSphere service module was incorrectly using a function
to determine the name of a running process so it did not
recognize the process as a WebSphere process. The code has
been corrected to determine the process name and recognize the
process as WebSphere.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
