Problem
This technote explains why a posted IBM® Rational® ClearCase® UCM delivery results in the following error:[]cleartool: Error: Target stream "parent_projA" has a posted deliver operation in progress. Unable to start a deliver operation from stream "child_projA" until this operation is completed.[] along with steps to resolve the problem.
