PI80821: PROJECTED QUERY THAT INCLUDES AN ORACLE CLOB WILL RESULT IN A REPORT SERVER RRROR IN 10.2.2 FP6 AND LATER

Error description

• If a CLOB is included in a projected query in a report it will
  fail and a dump file will be generated in 10.2.2 FP6 and later
  when run in CQM.  This works in 10.2.2 FP5 and earlier.
