  Problem Description:
  The type tree fails the customer data due to an implementation
  of the E09 network rule:
  
  "If field 23B contains SPRI, SSTD or SPAY, field 57a can be used
  with option A, option C or option D. In addition, in option D,
  subfield 1, Party Identifier, (['/'<DC>]['/'34x] 'CrLf') must be
  present."
  the term 'subfield1, Party Identifier' was implemented in the
  type tree as referring to ['/'<DC>] and this must be mandatory.

  Upon Further investigation and comparying different
  inmplementation alternatives, is was confirmed
  the correct interpretation of the term 'subfield1, Party
  Identifier' means the Party Identifier and not just ['/'<DC>] )
  in the context that filed 57D have two subfields, Party
  Identifier and Name and Address.
  
  Fix the swift_iso7775_2016.mtt, specifically the component rule
  on Acc'tWithInstitution_ABCD #57a Choice Field on a MT103 Core
  tpo correctly capture the scenario
  
  Applies to:
  SWIFT I.P. 9.0.1.
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
