APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • %TIME was used in CLASS statement, the length of the qualifier
specified in the CLASS statement was greater than the maximum
of 17 characters, and instead of issuing an error message,
the stripe dataset was attempted to be allocated, and %TIME
had not been replaced with Thhmmsst, resulting in an invalid
dataset name and dynamic allocation error IIUB062I and
    ABENDU0707.

Local fix

  • A workaround is to specify less than 17 characters in total for
the CLASS specification. %TIME will be replaced with 8
    character Thhmmsst.
