PI80036: CHANGE ACCUMULATION TOOL JOB HANGS WHEN RUN WITH REBUILD_INDEXES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following issues are resolved on when Change Accumulation
  Tool job is run with the REBUILD_INDEXES keyword:
  1. Job hangs with message 'CEE5207E The signal SIGABRT was
     received'
  2. ABEND S0C4 and job hangs with the following messages:
  GGC2816I The log reader task #0001 finished.
  CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System
  Completion Code=0C4)
  3. ABEND U12 with the following messages:
  GGC4267I A An invalid return code was detected from the SORT
  program.
  GGC2027E A Rebuild indexes thread returned rc = 0x8.
  GGC3601E Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
  GGC4006I Starting cancel process, reason rebuild indexes
  thread rc = 0x8.
  GGC2802E The writer service returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
