PI79728: MESSAGE HAAB574W AND TAPE STACKING OFF FOR PBG TABLESPACE

Error description

• When building a Reorg for a PBG tablespace with a LOB column and
  MAXPARTITIONS set to 1, the following message is issued by
  the build:
  HAAB574W Tape Stacking has been turned off because this
  Tablespace with a LOB column will default AUX to Yes.
  This message should not be issued and tape stacking should not
  be turned off in this case because the AUX parameter only
  defaults to YES for a PBG tablespace when MAXPARTITIONS is
  greater than 1.
