Error description

• When attempting to build/compile the C# examples (in the
  'examples\dk\dtxpi\csharp' sub-directory) it may fail with error
  message when using the .NET Framework C# compiler (csc.exe):
  
  MConstants.cs(325,65): error CS0103: The name 'MPI_PROPBASE'
  does not exist in the current context
  
  Or the following error message if using a GUI such as Microsoft
  Visual Studio 2013.
