  1.This APAR fixes the following problem (FF of PI75405):
    When the specified DBD for MAINTAIN and CONVERT has secondary
    indexes, the calculation of the size for ILDS data sets is
    partially incorrect.
  2.This APAR fixes the following problem (FF of PI75991):
    When parallel RECON access is enabled, HTK job abnormally ends
    because it fails to open the RECON data sets due to the error
    IEC161I 006-027.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that
  1.MAINTAIN and CONVERT allocate appropriate space for ILDS
     data sets.
  2.It opens the RECON data sets in record-level sharing mode
    when parallel RECON access is enabled.
