Error description

• The logout and help buttons in the admin console use
  absolute URLs instead of a relative URI to redirect users.
  This causes problems when accessing the admin console through
  a firewall.

  logout and help buttons rather than getting the context from
  the request.
  

Problem conclusion

• Use the context from the request rather than server name and
  port.
