  IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator monitoring version support.
  Starting from IDAA V4, the system level and statement level
  monitoring interface between DB2 and Accelerator is version 1
  with a fixed length block. Over the years, we need to add new
  information at the end of the block.
  The newer versions will have longer lengths. With this apar
  applied, DB2 can interpret all versions of monitoring block
  without issues. When the accelerator sends over an older
  version, DB2 will parse monitoring information based on an
  interface already defined for this version. When the accelerator
  sends over a newer version which is not known to the current DB2
  PTF level, DB2 can tolerate the added info in the newer version
  and just parse the monitoring block up to the most current
  version already defined in DB2 PTF level.
  However we recommend always to upgrade DB2 to the most current
  level to be able to parse all the information in the monitoring
  block sent by the accelerator.
