Error description

• This Roll Up APAR includes the following fixes - which support
  the HAA V4.3 Web UI delivered via DSM.  These fixes will
  coincide with the Q1 2017 maintenance release of DSM.
  1) Unable to view profiles with "%" character in the name
  2) Add optional pagenation for LIST services
  3) Exception value not being saved correctly for statistics
     type "User Exit"
  4) AGENT - Process cloned tables not working as expected
  5) SERVER: Frequent DYXX064E error from any action.
