  generates:
    Compare index source(x) and target(y)  (A)Field
            COMPRESS changed from NO to NO Index will be altered
  
  This is not correct as the Index has COMPRESS NO already.

  during a compare of an index with mask COMPRESS:*,NO,
  and both the source and target index have COMPRESS NO,
  the compare report reports the following difference:
