Error description

• Attempts to deploy stubs randomly fail with error code 2.
  The RIT-Agent log typically contains an error such as:
  SEVERE: VirtualApp/instance18 is already in use.

Problem conclusion

• This issue was fixed in release 9.1.0 of Rational Integration
  Tester.
