Troubleshooting
Problem
The flush buffer is set to 16KB with the "--atl_buffer_size" option. However after using the _atl_obstools_dump (1) command to dump the data, we saw that atlout.spt file created is 115KB of size. Why is the file much bigger than the size of the buffer?
