PI77031: ETO SUPPORT ENHANCED TRANSACTION VERIFICATION DOES NOT SUPPORT THE REMOVAL OF DFSCTRN0 FROM THE IMS NUCLEUS

Error description

• In IMS V13, DFSCTRN0 was removed from the IMS nucleus and is
  now an independently loaded module.  DFSCTRN0 is now
  dynamically loaded after ETOS attempts to substitute IZTCTRN0
  for DFSCTRN0. The result is that the IZTCTRN0 address is
  overlaid by IMS and IZTCTRN0 will never receive control.

Problem conclusion

• Code has been added to IMS ETO Support Version 3.2 to  load and
  use customer supplied DFSCTRN1 instead of DFSCTRN0.
