PI73958: ABEND S0C4-11 IN LOAD MODULE FPEVM000

Error description

• While monitoring a DB2 subsystem with the Extended 3270 User
  Interface, load module FPEVM000 of the monitoring PE Server
  subtask terminates abnormally with system completion code
  S0C4-11.

  The monitoring PE Server subtask is processing a data retrieval
  request although the request has exceeded the time out
  threshold and underlaying storage has already been released.
  Subtask FPEVM000 abends when accessing the expired request.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected accordingly to check the validity
  of a request before it gets processed.
