PI72637: IMPROVE IMS CONNECT EXTENSIONS RESUME TPIPE REPORT AND ADD NEW FORM FIELD

Error description

• Two enhancements are being made as follows:
  1. The IMS Connect Extensions Resume Tpipe report may not
  report sessions due to missing Resume Tpipe commands in
  the IMS Connect Extensions journal.  This is especially true
  for Resume Tpipe Noauto with no timeout value specified. To
  correct this issue IMS Connect Extensions APAR PI59534 added an
  extension to the x'58' event that contains information about
  the Resume Tpipe command that resulted in the asynchronous
  output message being returned. The Resume Tpipe report will now
  create a session entry when a x'58' event is processed that
  contains the extension and there is not a session entry in the
  IMS PA report queue.  The characteristics of the Resume Tpipe
  session are filled in from the x'58' extension data.
  2. Add new form field:
     SCOTPIPE - Sync Callout Tpipe name
