• FM/IMS support of RACF PADS for dynamic PSBs when running
  functions in DLI mode.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: RACF issues messages ICH417I            *
  *                      "The environment is not controlled.     *
  *                      Conditional access list bypassed for    *
  *                      data set <RECON data set name>" and     *
  *                      ICH420I "Program FMN0001 from library   *
  *                      <system generated data set name>        *
  *                      caused the environment to become        *
  *                      uncontrolled" when running an FM/IMS    *
  *                      function.                               *
  *                      The problem occurs when the function    *
  *                      runs in DLI mode and uses a dynamic     *
  *                      PSB and access to the RECON data sets   *
  *                      is provided through PADS.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The user is denied access to the RECON data sets because the
  dynamic PSBs that FM/IMS generates and IMS loads are not
  defined in the PROGRAM class.
  Defining them in the PROGRAM class would resolve the problem.
  However, because FM/IMS stores them in temporary data sets
  with system-generated names, you cannot define them there.

• FM/IMS has been modified to provide a new installation option.
  When that option is selected, the dynamic PSBs that FM/IMS
  builds are stored in libraries that the FM/IMS administrator
  specifies.
  This will allow the dynamic PSBs to be defined in
  the PROGRAM class which, in turn, allows PADS to be used
  in the environment.
