Error description
dual stack system (IPv4 and IPv6). RewriteRule in IBM HTTP Server configurations which is working well with IPv4 addresses. It was observed that when we give IPv6 address, it does not get redirected to the appropriate URL.

Problem conclusion
mod_rewrite was updated to generate valid URLs for redirects to IPv6 literal addresses. This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs: - 7.0.0.43 - 8.0.0.14 - 8.5.5.12
