PI70991: LOAD JOB ENDS WITH SORT ERROR AND U0046 ABEND

Error description

• When loading an index partitioned or range partitioned table,
  the Loader sorts the DB2 FORMAT INTERNAL records built from
  the SYSREC. This SORT is required for non-parallel load cases
  to order the data by partitioning key.  When this type of load
  is run without a NUMRECS or SORTKEYS clause, the SORT is
  invoked without a record count.  This can lead to SORT failures.
  The following message may be seen in the joblog:
  ICE046A SORT CAPACITY EXCEEDED
  .
  Additional symptom:
  Abend U0046 (USER COMPLETION CODE=0046) module NAME=UNKNOWN
