* message was issued when AUTHEXIT_CACHEREFRESH system         *
* parameter is set to ALL.                                     *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When AUTHEXIT_CACHEREFRESH system parameter is set to ALL, DB2
listens to the ENF signals sent from RACF for changes to user or
resource profile.
RACF sends an ENF 71 signal when the CONNECT command is issued
in RACF. DB2 only processes the ENF 71 notification for RACF
CONNECT command REVOKE option. The storage obtained to process
the ENF 71 signal was not freed correctly if other RACF CONNECT
options were specified. This resulted in a storage leak in the
DBM1 address space.
