    ****************************************************************
    DB2 for z/OS may incorrectly result in SQLCODE -104 when
    running queries using CURRENT TIMEZONE when query acceleration
    is enabled because DB2 for z/OS fails to block offloading
    of such queries.

Problem conclusion

  • DB2 for z/OS has been modified to block offloading queries
    using CURRENT TIMEZONE.
