Error description

  • Users are using Planning Analyst Add-in for Excel on Windows 10
Enterprise
Version Excel 2013
This used to work, but not anymore, and not on the new migrated
users too.
We were not able to determine what Microsoft update may cause
this (if any)
Users are able to open the add-in and connect to the namespace,
and create a view., and Reselect View, etc...
In that first session everything seems to be ok.
But once the XLSX file has been saved, and once Excel has been
closed and reopened, and once the saved XLSX is reopened, then
the "Reselect View" provoke an Excel crash in C1Sizer.ocx which
is a third-party OCX from ComponentOne, that is provided by
Cognos Planning (in c10/bin folder)
A defect has to be logged to ComponentOne : dump and all
necessary files are provided in this APAR.
