APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If Source and Target DB2 subsystems are the same then XMLSTRINGS
translation is not required and Cloning Tool should not generate
MASKCMD in SYNCDB2 for objects with XML data.

Local fix

  • Manually delete MASKCMD and TABLEDEF entries  from SYNCDB2 for
objects with XML data if Source and Target DB2 subsystems are
the same.
