PI69811: MSGFPX0116W CAUSES USERS TO BELIEVE THEY HAVE POINTER ERRORS WHEN THEY MIGHT NOT

Error description

• When the following warning message is issued during the pointer
  scan process, it can cause confusion as there is possibly
  pointer errors or not:
  FPX0116W Area may have orphan SDEP segments.
  .
  We will remove the issuing of this warning message from OPC when
  FULLSTEP=YES and TYPRUN=RPT or PTRALL are specified, because if
  there are real orphan segments, more accurate messages would be
  issued during the subsequent full mode check process.

  When FULLSTEP=YES and TYPRUN=RPT or PTRALL are specified, the
  online pointer scan process of OPC should not issue the
  FPX0116W message to tell that the area may have orphan segments,
  because the subsequent full mode check process identifies if
  the orphan segments are real or not, and issues the error
  messages only when they are real orphan segments.
  

Problem conclusion

• OPC has been modified not to issue the FPX0116W message when
  FULLSTEP=YES and TYPRUN=RPT or PTRALL are specified.
