Invalid URI in request POST icmrm/ICMResourceManager HTTP/1.1 in IBM HTTPServer(IHS) error log

Question

My Resource Manager(RM) is up and running and I can access RM using Internet Explorer: http://:/icmrm/ICMResourceManager However, I cannot store/retrieve to/from RM using both Window Client and eClient. In IHS access.log: "POST icmrm/ICMResourceManager HTTP/1.1" 400 292 In http_plugin.log: TRACE: ws_common: websphereUriMatch: Failed to match: icmrm/ICMResourceManager
