collective controller may become corrupted on the target
systems.

Commands containing non-ASCII names submitted from a collective
controller may become corrupted on the target systems.

Problem conclusion

Detection of the target system's encoding has been added and the
target encoding is set before making remote operations.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
