Error description

• An Unrecognized SOAP error is returned when we try to choose a
  report while managing external data. Usually we should be able
  to select an appropriate report and map it to the external file.
  

Local fix

• The workaround for this issue, would be to be use Chose query
  subject instead if it is suitable to the User as this does not
  throw any similar errors.
