This technote explains how to resolve a License cannot be found error, that can occur when using IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software.
Symptom
When launching Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software, you might get error messages such as these:
License cannot be found
or
License cannot be found or has expired.
