  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables Library Integrity     *
  *                      Utilities to extend the functions of    *
  *                      IBM IMS Administration Tool for z/OS.   *

  *                      This APAR supports a new parameter      *
  *                      of DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility, NOCOMP= *
  *                      METADATA. The behavior of the parameter *
  *                      is the same as NOCOMP=CATALOG.          *

  *                      problem of DBD/PSB/ACB Compare to       *

  This APAR enables Library Integrity Utilities to extend the
  functions of IBM IMS Administration Tool for z/OS.
  Library Integrity Utilities enables the following functions of
  IMS Administration Tool:
  
   -View IMS databases (DBDs) and program views (PSBs) of Database
    and Application administration
   -IMS Catalog Management
   -Program View of IMS SPUFI
  
  This APAR provides support for registering Library Integrity
  Utilities to the IMS Tools Knowledge Base (ITKB) server.
  Registering IMS Library Integrity Utilities enables the IMS
  Administrative functions in IMS Administration Tool.
  A new load product registration module, a new sample product
  registration JCL, and a utility JCL templates are provided.
  These are provided for IMS Tools Base V1.6.
  For more information, see the IMS Administration Tool User's
  guide.
  
  This APAR also provides the followings for users who use
  Library Integrity Utilities for z/OS, Version 2 Release 2.
  
  This APAR supports a new parameter, METADATA, for the
  NOCOMP statement of DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility.
  This parameter indicates that the metadata fields in DBD, PSB,
  or ACB are not compared. The behavior of this parameter is the
  same as existing NOCOMP=CATALOG parameter.
  
  This APAR fixes DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility not to detect
  a difference for START= parameter of DBD FIELD statement.
  It occurs when each DBDs have START=1 in DBD FIELD
  statement and one DBD has metadata and the other DBD does
  not have metadata. The utility is fixed not to detect the
  difference.
