Problem conclusion

• Updates made to WebSphere Optimized Local Adapter to prevent
  CICS 0C4 abends.
  
  APAR PI66507 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  9.0.0.1 of WebSphere Application Server V9.0.
