Problem conclusion
You can now import existing TCP/IP configuration into a z/OS V2R2 TCP/IP stack for the TCP/IP profile technology. First you must use the VARY TCPIP,,EXPORTPROF operator command (z/OS APAR PI63449) to export an existing TCP/IP configuration dataset into a format readable by the Configuration Assistant. You can then read that formatted configuration into a stack in the TCP/IP technology, and start working with your TCP/IP profile configuration in the Configuration Assistant.
