PJ42399: IDM TOOLKIT 4.0.3 - PERFORMANCE FOR CUSTOM APPLICATION IS SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE THAN 4.0.2.

Error description

• After having installed IDM 4.0.3, the performance of our
  application has deteriorated considerably.
  
  
  
  Having spent some time trying to analyze the issue, here are our
  findings:
  
  
  
                   *   The time taken to logon to the filenet
  library has increased from under 1 second for IDM 4.0.2 to
  nearly 2.5 seconds for IDM 4.0.3.
                   *   The time taken by the FNviewer control to
  provide our application with a handle of the page to be
  displayed in the FNviewer control has increased
                        from under 2 seconds for IDM 4.0.2 - to
  consistent 11-12 seconds for IDM 4.0.3.
