PK36373: ALC CONVERT STEP CNVRT50 FAILS CC=1008 AND MESSAGE ADBC138E COL NAME TOO LONG

APAR status

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC commands converstion step
  CNVRT50 fails with a condition code of 1008 and a message
  "ADBC138E Col name too long" when attempting to add a
  27 character column name ending in a numeric value e.g:
  UMDJ_AUTHORIZATION_NUMBER_1
  and the unload method selected on panel ADB27A is Dsntiaul

  ADB27AC looks for a terminating blank after a column name in the
  wrong position.
