    ----------------------------------------------------
The IMS High Performance Fast Path Utilities for z/OS
User's Guide Volume 3: Fast Path Online Tools (SC18-9871-00)
    should be changed as follows:

    About this information
     Terminology used in this book
The following description should be added in the IMS list:
. IMS Version 10 refers to IMS Version 10 Release 1

    Chapter 4. Using OPC
      JCL considerations
    Chapter 10. Using OAE

The following description should be added before JCL
statements in Chapter 4 and before JCL requirements
    in Chapter 10:

    DBRC SCI registration exit routine
If you are using the RECON data set, in which an
IMSplex name and a DBRC group are set,
you must use the DBRC SCI registration exit routine
(DSPSCIX0) to pass the IMSplex name and DBRC group to DBRC.
You must specify DSPSCIX0 to use parallel RECON access.

The SCI registration exit routine is called by DBRC before
registering with the SCI. The exit routine supplies the IMSplex
name and DBRC group needed for SCI registration. For more
information about the DBRC SCI registration exit, see the IMS
    Customization Guide.

     JCL requirements
      DD statements

The following description should be added as follows:
    STEPLIB DD
The data set that contains DBRC SCI registration exit
routine (DSPSCIX0) must be concatenated when using the RECON
data set, in which an IMSplex name is set.

    Chapter 5. Introduction to ODE
